Delivery

You can have your orders delivered to a home or work address that’s convenient for you.

You can enter delivery instructions when you’re placing your order e.g. “leave with neighbour in house number”. However BuildersMart are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

Standard Delivery

Deliveries are usually within 3-4 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer.

We are unable to deliver on Public & Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Delivery will take place between 09:00 and 18:00 and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery person may contact you prior to the delivery so kindly give him/her an appropriate time.

What should I do if my order isn’t delivered?

If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your country, please contact us Hello@buildersmart.lk  Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order.

If we’re unable to locate your parcel. a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for your purchase.

I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item in my order

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please return it to us to assess.

If any product fails to give reasonable wear – due to either defective workmanship or materials, we will refund you the purchase price.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please hello@buildersmart.lk with details of the error. Please remember to include your order number within your message and we’ll be able to investigate further and resolve the problem.

An item is missing from my order

If an item is missing from your order, please contact hello@buildersmart.lk .comand let us know exactly what is wrong with your order. Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order details.

If we are unable to locate your missing items, if appropriate, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit 


Cash On Delivery. 

Cash on delivery is available only for customers in western province.
